This is Kuramoto's first venture into tableware among his many product designs. The art direction is handled by graphic designer Rei Masaki. Born in New York and active in Tokyo since 2017, Masaki is a Japanese-American whose perspective allows the world of \"ALONGU\" to be expressed across borders and nationalities.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe ALONGU series challenges the image of porcelain products having a uniform finish.
