• Unnatural Japanese is used in product descriptions, etc.
• The photos and product descriptions do not match.
• Products are sold at extremely low discounted prices.
• There is no "Act on Specified Commercial Transactions" notation. Or the seller's name is not "Kusabi Inc."
• The bank account holder for payments is a personal name.
• No phone number is listed in the contact information at all. Or, a mobile phone number (starting with 080 or 090) is used.
• The phone number and FAX number do not match the area code of the company address.
• No reply is received when inquiring at the email address listed as the contact.
• No reply is received after filling out the contact form.
• The contact email address uses a free email domain.
