Exchanges and Returns 

While we take every precaution regarding product quality, if a delivered product is damaged or stained, or if it differs from the product you ordered, we will arrange for an exchange or return. In such cases, we will bear the return shipping costs.

Please contact us via the inquiry form below within 7 days of product delivery.We will then provide you with details on how to return or exchange the product.

Exchanges and returns are only accepted for items that meet the following criteria:

• The product must be unused.
• The product's box, instruction manual, etc., must be in the same condition as when received (we cannot accept returns if they are stained, damaged, lost, or discarded).
• You must have contacted us within 7 days of delivery (we cannot accept products after 8 days or more).
• The product must not have been damaged or stained by the customer.
• You must have proof of your order [the enclosed delivery note, or a copy of your order email confirmation].

For customer-initiated reasons (e.g., wrong size, different from image, accidental purchase)

We regret that we cannot accept exchanges or returns for reasons other than product defects, incorrect shipments, or damage during transit, as listed above. We kindly ask you to reconfirm product details and other information before making a purchase.

* Depending on your monitor's environment, the color of the product may appear slightly different.

* Many of our products are handmade by Japanese artisans. The products you receive may not be exactly identical to the listed products; there may be slight differences in size, weight, shade of color, color tone, pattern, shape, etc.

We believe these differences are the individuality of each product and its value as a unique item. We hope you will cherish these characteristics and enjoy your product for a long time.

If you wish to return or exchange a product due to customer-initiated reasons, please contact us. We will provide instructions on how to return the product to us at your expense.

Return Processing

After we receive and inspect the returned item for any stains or damage, we will contact you via email to inform you whether the item is eligible for a refund.

If eligible for a refund, we will promptly process the refund using the payment method you used for your order.

Exchange/Return Fee

When an exchange or return is made due to customer convenience, an exchange/return fee will be charged. This fee covers situations where customers request an exchange or return due to reasons such as an incorrect size.

We will refund the amount of the exchanged/returned product minus the return fee. You do not need to pay the exchange/return fee separately. The amount varies depending on the purchased product, package size, customer's shipping region, and return destination region.

10% of the product price, shipping cost at the time of dispatch, refund transfer fee (only if required by payment method), payment processing fee (only if required by payment method)

* If a product purchased with a coupon is eligible, the refund amount will be the discounted price after the coupon has been applied.

Please keep proof of postage when returning items. (We are not responsible for any loss or damage to items during return transit. Thank you for your understanding.)

Changing Order Contents

A change procedure on our side is required. If you wish to change your order content after purchase, please contact us promptly via the inquiry form or by phone. Please note that for changes to order content after shipping, you will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.

Invalidation of Used Coupons

Coupons that are only valid for customers who made a prior purchase will be invalidated upon the return or cancellation of the corresponding order.
