Sometsuke Weeping Cherry Pattern Soba Choko (Large) 220ml

This is a large soba choko from Riso Kiln, a leading contemporary Arita ware producer. It's a reproduction of an antique that once existed, an "Old Imari style" soba choko. The design features both a brushwood fence with weeping cherry blossoms and a brushwood fence with plum trees, reminiscent of a spring garden. The bottom is a "Janome Kodai" (snake-eye footring), which was very popular in Old Imari. It has many patterns and is very popular as a collection, but it can also be used for coffee, sake, or as a food dish.

Please note that individual products may vary slightly in color, painting texture, and weight. In addition, some products may have small black spots (iron particles) on the surface of the vessel or glaze drips, but these do not affect the quality.
