Todai ALBI Pink Gold

This is the pink gold version of the popular ALBI series. While retaining its user-friendly shape, a simple surface treatment allows for an easy change in appearance. The plating has an antibacterial effect, keeping the surface clean continuously. The thickness of this plating is (0.06μ). Due to the manufacturing process, the knife blade will be silver.

We offer a lineup of 9 main types that are popular in many restaurants. The "dessert size" refers to the size classification, and these knives and forks are actually perfectly sized for main dishes.

About ALBI Pink Gold Inspection Standards and Precautions

While we only sell products that have passed manufacturer inspections, please be aware of the following product characteristics:

• As this is a plated product, please use a neutral detergent. Using other detergents may cause discoloration.
• As this is a plated product, please hand wash with a soft sponge. Using a hard sponge or scourer may cause the plating to peel off.
• Due to the entire process being performed by artisans by hand, minor scratches and color irregularities may occur.

HASAMI PORCELAIN is an innovative Hasami ware brand created by Tokyo Saikai Toki, a long-established wholesaler of Hasami ware, with Takuhiro Shinomoto (tortoise) as creative director. With a clean and simple design that eliminates all decorative elements and subdued colors, it enhances any food. All vessels can be perfectly stacked by size, and smaller vessels can be nested inside larger ones. This not only eliminates waste during storage but also allows for versatile use when stacked. Inspired by traditional tiered food boxes, these vessels can be used freely in a wide range of situations, whether individually or as a set.

While we only sell products that have passed manufacturer inspections, please be aware of the following product characteristics:

• Natural: There may be individual differences in color due to firing lot, weather conditions, etc.
• Natural/Black: The surface is rough, but it will become smoother with age.
• Natural/Black: Due to the characteristics of the glaze, unevenness may occur.
• White material may appear mixed in with the clay. This is removed during inspection for the surface and sides, but is considered acceptable for the bottom.
• Even within product series of the same diameter, some items may not stack perfectly due to slight shrinkage or distortion during firing.

This is a product from the "Kisen" brand, developed by Showbido Honten, a leading Arita ware manufacturer. With the theme of "Beauty Beyond Time," they continue to create valuable products that they wish to pass on to future generations.

The name "hoval" comes from the act of "hovaru" (to gobble up delicious food) and "oval." Cutipol is a cutlery brand from Portugal, offering cutlery that combines ergonomic functionality with design.
