We only sell products that have passed the manufacturer's inspection. However, please be aware of the following product characteristics:

• For Natural, there may be individual differences in color due to firing lot, weather conditions, etc.
• Natural and Black have a rough surface, but the surface will become smoother over time.
• Due to the nature of the glaze, Natural and Black may have inconsistencies in color.
• White material may appear mixed in with the ceramic clay. During inspection, these are removed from the surface and sides, but those on the bottom are considered acceptable.
• Even within product series of the same diameter, some items may not stack perfectly due to slight expansion or distortion during firing.
