Todai ALBI Old Western Series
This is the Old Western version of the popular ALBI series. The easy-to-use shape remains the same, but the image can be easily changed with just a surface finish. The surface is finely distressed to create an old-fashioned look. From an operational perspective, there is also the advantage of reducing the effort required for wiping.
We offer a lineup of 9 main types that are widely used in many restaurants. "Dessert size" refers to the size notation "dessert," but these knives and forks are actually perfectly sized for main dishes.
This series is generally available in manufacturer stock, so for urgent orders or large quantities, we can arrange direct shipment from the manufacturer.

Todai ALBI Black
This is the black version of the popular ALBI series. The easy-to-use shape remains the same, but the image can be easily changed just by the surface finish. This black surface treatment uses a special technique called "stainless steel oxidation coloring" to achieve a unique color different from paint or dye. It also boasts excellent durability and corrosion resistance, with no risk of peeling and contamination.
We offer a lineup of 9 essential items widely adopted by many restaurants. "Dessert" in the size notation refers to a size suitable for main dishes, not just desserts, for knives and forks.
About ALBI Black Inspection Standards
While we only sell products that have passed the manufacturer's inspection, please be aware of the following product characteristics:
- To ensure stable black coloring, the material used is 18-0 stainless steel, which means magnets may stick to it.
- As the entire process is done by hand by craftsmen, minor scratches and color variations may occur.
- To achieve a lower price, the polishing process is reduced from the usual, which may result in minor scratches and color variations.
- The color may fade due to friction with tables, etc.
