• Even within product series of the same diameter, some items may not stack perfectly due to slight expansion/contraction or distortion during firing.

About ALBI GD (Gold) Inspection Standards and Precautions

We offer a lineup of 9 main types that are widely used in many restaurants. "Dessert size" refers to the size notation "dessert," but these knives and forks are actually perfectly sized for main dishes.
