This is the ion-plated navy version of the popular ALBI series. The easy-to-use shape remains the same, but the image can be easily changed with just a surface finish.

Ion plating is a new coating method primarily using titanium. The metallic, substantial feel and deep color create a sense of luxury. Additionally, compared to traditional painting and plating, the adhesion to the material is higher, making it less prone to minor scratches and significantly increasing the lifespan of the color. Moreover, it is an environmentally friendly processing method as it does not produce wastewater during the process.

We offer a lineup of 9 main types that are adopted by many restaurants. The "dessert" size refers to the size notation, and these knives and forks are perfectly sized for main dishes.

As this series is generally in stock with the manufacturer, we can arrange direct shipment from the manufacturer for urgent orders or large quantities.
