HASAMI PORCELAIN is an innovative Hasami ware brand by Tokyo Saikai Toki, a long-established Hasami ware wholesaler, with Takuhiro Shinomoto (tortoise) as creative director. With a clean, uncluttered design that eliminates all decorative elements and subdued colors, it enhances any food. All pieces can be perfectly stacked by size, and smaller pieces can be nested inside larger ones. This not only eliminates waste during storage but also allows for various uses when stacked. Inspired by tiered food boxes, these dishes can be used freely in a wide range of situations, whether individually or as a set.

About HASAMI PORCELAIN's Inspection Standards

While we only sell products that have passed the manufacturer's inspection, please be aware of the following product characteristics:

• For Natural, there may be individual differences in color due to the firing lot, weather, etc.
• Natural and Black have a rough surface, but the surface will become smoother over time.
• For Natural and Black, there may be irregularities due to the characteristics of the glaze.
• White materials may appear mixed in with the pottery clay. These are excluded during inspection for the surface and sides, and are considered good quality for the bottom.
• Even within product series of the same diameter, some items may not stack due to subtle shrinkage or distortion during firing.

Each product may vary slightly in color, pattern texture, and weight. Also, some products may have small black dots (iron specks) on the surface of the ware or glaze drips, but this does not indicate a quality issue.
