Regarding special order items

  • "Order-only items" are products that can be purchased even if they are out of stock in our online store and our physical store.
  • We will check the stock status at our other warehouses or at the manufacturer. If stock is available, shipping will occur within 3-5 business days, including the retrieval time. We will notify you of the estimated shipping date via a separate email. In case of any delays, we will inform you by email or phone.
  • If the manufacturer also has no stock, we will place an order with the manufacturer for production. We will promptly investigate the estimated shipping date and inform you via email within 3-6 business days. Please understand that it may take some time to contact you during busy seasons or if the person in charge is absent. Please note that for order-based production, the order will be placed after prepayment. In case of any delays, we will notify you separately by email.
  • Once the delivery time has been communicated, no cancellations will be accepted. If you are in a hurry, please confirm in advance.
  • For manufacturer orders, the estimated delivery time is generally 1 to 3 months, although this may vary depending on the manufacturer and the time of year. If you have a desired date, please confirm in advance.
  • For manufacturer orders, some products may have a minimum order quantity or require a significant amount of time for delivery. In such cases, we will contact you separately by email.
  • Orders that include order-only items will be shipped all together once all items are available.
  • If your order total is 11,000 yen (including tax) or more and you wish for early shipment of available items, we will ship the items we have secured in stock first at our expense. Please check "Request early shipment of available items" in your cart when making a purchase and complete the checkout process.
  • If you choose "Cash on Delivery" as your payment method, please note that the full amount will be charged upon the first shipment.
  • Early shipment of available items is limited to the first shipment; subsequent shipments (second shipment onwards) will be made once all items are available.
