"Good Tools" with the Warmth of Handmade Craftsmanship Added to Mass-Produced Items

The "Cords" series was designed by Yoko Andersson Yamano, a glass artist and designer based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Its greatest appeal is the rim lines, which are inspired by threads, strings, and ropes. By intentionally adding a process of hand-painting with a brush, each mass-produced piece gains individuality, resulting in a warm appearance that conveys the manufacturing process.

Furthermore, it is designed to be stackable for easy storage and portability, thoroughly pursuing everyday usability. The extremely simple design, finished with natural colors, serves as a reliable daily tool that enhances any dish.
