"Good Tools" infused with the warmth of handcraft in mass-produced items

The "Cords" series was designed by Yoko Andersson Yamano (based in Stockholm, Sweden), a glass artist and designer.

Its greatest appeal lies in the rim lines, which evoke images of threads, strings, or ropes. By intentionally adding a hand-painted finish using a brush, each mass-produced piece gains individuality and a warm presence that conveys the breath of its creation.

Furthermore, the design thoroughly pursues daily usability, including stackability for easy storage and portability. The incredibly simple design, finished with natural color schemes, serves as a reliable everyday tool that enhances any dish.

While we only sell genuine products that have passed manufacturer inspections, due to the nature of handmade ceramics, this product has the following unique characteristics. We hope you will appreciate these as one-of-a-kind "scenery" not found in industrial products.

  • You may find tiny black dots (iron spots) on the surface of the tableware, or drips and pooling of glaze, but these are not quality issues.
