Todai ALBI Sandblast

This is the sandblasted version of the popular ALBI series. The easy-to-use shape remains the same, but the surface finish changes the look. The surface is delicately distressed to create a vintage feel. In terms of operation, there is also the benefit of reduced wiping effort.

We offer a lineup of 9 main types that are adopted by many restaurants. The "dessert" in dessert size refers to the size notation, and these knives and forks are perfectly sized for main dishes.

This series is generally available in manufacturer stock, so for urgent orders or large quantity orders, we can arrange direct shipment from the manufacturer.

There are 21 types in the ALBI series. All other sizes are also available. Please see the remarks column for a list, and contact us separately if needed.
