TODAI ALBI GD (Gold)

This is the gold version of the popular ALBI series. A simple surface treatment can completely change its appearance. The plating has an antibacterial effect, keeping the surface clean over time. The thickness of this plating is (0.06μ).

We offer a lineup of 9 main types, commonly used in many restaurants. The "dessert" size refers to the size classification, and these knives and forks are perfectly sized for main dishes.

About ALBI GD (Gold) Inspection Standards and Precautions

While we only sell products that have passed the manufacturer's inspection, please be aware of the following product characteristics:

• Since it is a plated product, please use a neutral detergent. Using anything else may cause discoloration.
• Since it is a plated product, please wash it by hand with a soft sponge. Using a hard sponge or scourer may cause the plating to peel off.
• As all processes are performed manually by craftsmen, minor scratches and color variations may occur.

This series is generally in stock with the manufacturer, so for urgent orders or large quantities, we will ship from the Studio Ikoro Niigata Shipping Center.
