This is the black version of the popular ALBI series. The easy-to-use shape remains the same, but the image can be easily changed just by the surface finish. This black surface treatment uses a special technique called "stainless steel oxidation coloring" to achieve a unique color different from paint or dye. It also boasts excellent durability and corrosion resistance, with no risk of peeling and contamination.

We offer a lineup of 9 essential items widely adopted by many restaurants. "Dessert" in the size notation refers to a size suitable for main dishes, not just desserts, for knives and forks.

About ALBI Black Inspection Standards

While we only sell products that have passed the manufacturer's inspection, please be aware of the following product characteristics:

• To ensure stable black coloring, the material used is 18-0 stainless steel, which means magnets may stick to it.
• As the entire process is done by hand by craftsmen, minor scratches and color variations may occur.
• To achieve a lower price, the polishing process is reduced from the usual, which may result in minor scratches and color variations.
• The color may fade due to friction with tables, etc.
