This is the antique silver version of the popular ALBI series. The easy-to-use shape remains the same, but the image can be easily changed with just a surface finish. A fine distressing process is applied to the surface to create an antique look. From an operational perspective, there is also the advantage of reduced effort for wiping.

We offer a lineup of 9 main types adopted by many restaurants. The "dessert size" refers to the size notation, and these knives and forks are suitable for main dishes.

About the inspection standards for ALBI AG (Antique Gold)

While we only sell products that have passed manufacturer inspections, please be aware of the following product characteristics:

• To ensure stable black coloring, the material used is 18-0 stainless steel, which may attract magnets.
• As the entire process is done by hand by artisans, color unevenness may occur.
