While we only sell products that have passed the manufacturer's inspection, please be aware of the following product characteristics:

• For "Natural," there may be individual differences in color due to firing lot, weather conditions, etc.
• "Natural" and "Black" have a rough surface initially, but they will become smoother with age.
• For "Natural" and "Black," unevenness may occur due to the characteristics of the glaze.
• White materials may appear mixed in with the pottery clay. Such instances on the surface and sides are excluded during inspection, but those on the bottom are considered good quality.
• Even within product series of the same diameter, some items may not stack perfectly due to subtle shrinkage or distortion during firing.
