Anraku Kiln Red Glaze Tobikanna Kamagata Donabe 5-Go Rice Cooker 24.5cm

No need to adjust heat

This donabe (earthenware pot) has a deep shape, which creates a large convection inside, resulting in evenly and fluffily cooked rice.

It's easy to use: heat it over medium to high heat for about 10 to 12 minutes until it boils, and when steam starts hissing from the steam vent, turn off the heat. Then, wait for the same amount of time you heated it, and you'll have delicious rice.

The cooking results may vary depending on the brand of rice and its moisture content. Please find your optimal timing.
