[Online] Renewal of the standard wrapping box!
Our free standard wrapping box was of carton material box with a newspaper in. We just renewed it to a way more attractive style: smoky gray and mint combination colors, works as a gift in this box too!

[Online] Enjoy Ramen / Udon / Donburi at home!
Ramen, Udon, Donburi—they are popular, and ramen/udon/donburi shops have been opened in the world.Fukuoka, our office located, is a famous ramen city where you can easily find ramen shops here and there. We love them, we eat a lot at those shops but also cook at home too! They are not difficult to make; you can find many recipes on websites.
So, here are our new bowls to enjoy ramen/udon/donburi at home. They are made by Hakusan Porcelain. Hakusan porcelain started its porcelain production in 1779 in Hasami, Nagasaki JAPAN. Substantially led by in-house designers as Masahiro Mori, Yasuki Sakamoto, and Kazuhiro Tominaga, whose works were often awarded prizes. Their porcelain tablewares are functional, user-friendly, good quality, timeless and go with nicely other products in our lifestyle.
You can enjoy all of these foods with the bowls. They also work for salads, fruits. *Dishwasher, oven, and microwave safe.

[Online] Sometsuke – Blue and White products
Blue and White style for porcelain is called Sometsuke in Japanese. The beauty of Sometsuke is made with its different density and blurred lines. In the early 17th century the blue and white was introduced from China into Japan, Arita was the first place to produce the wares in this country.
The combination of these two colors can complement the beauty of design, various patterns and charming simplicity, which can easily be coordinated with your tableware.
Blue and White's dishes are often used for a Japanese traditional haute cuisine Kaiseki multi-course dish in restaurants, but of course, its beautiful simplicity can also make it possible to be for other usages in your way at home!

Sori Yanagi is one of the most inspiring and respected Japanese designers in the world. As his Butterfly Stool (1954) is considered iconic in the world of Japanese design, his kitchen tools have also been admired and long-selling with its simplicity, stylish design and high function.
We have grown our collections—not only dinnerware but also beautiful and functional Japanese kitchen tools, tabletop items. So we decided to share with you SORI YANAGI's cooking utensils as our first addition due to its functional beauty and timeless design.
Here're some of his products:
Matte Kettle The unique shape is decorative and ornamental, yet functional. The stay-cool handle can be folded to the sides—storage also becomes non-issue even with limited spaces.
Tongs with/without Holes The tongs are made by an integrated moding—no joint design which allows you to wash it easily and keep it clean. Ideal for pasta, sauté meat and fish, salad, and udon/soba noodle—easy to hold and pick.
Punching strainer The slightly dented bottom is practical for a proper draining. This strainer fits perfectly inside this Yanagi's stainless steel bowl of each size, leaving enough space for liquids to drain. Ideal for everyday use as washing vegetables, draining noodles.
Bowl Each size of the strainers and bowls fit perfectly. The bowls are sleek with a gently curled rim and easily nestable on their own.

Ladle/Skimmer/Turner All tools are made by an integrated moding—no joint design which allows you to wash it easily and keep it clean. The ladle/skimmer's triangular, oval form helps to ladle along the edge of the bottom of a pot.

[Online] How to Make Matcha at Home?
Matcha is now popular in the world due to its health benefits and taste. Not only enjoy it at cafe, you can enjoy it at home too!
We're happy to share with you "how we make matcha tea at home".The products we use are:1. Matcha Bowl 2. Matcha powder3. Chasen: Bamboo scoop4. Chashaku: Matcha tea whisk5. Hot water (60-70ml/70-80°C)
We add captions on the video, or you can read them with a youtube subtitle.
You can use a big cup, teaspoon, milk frother instead, but we think a whisking action can bring you a tranquil and concentration moment, using a matcha bowl gives you a Japanese wabi-sabi spice on your table!
Get nice foam and taste, hot water temperature, the amount of matcha powder, it sounds complicated but not really!
If you keep doing it, you'll get better eventually and can find your preference!
